Katie is hands down one of the most caring, genuine and beautiful women I have met in the health space. I joined 2 of Katie’s online groups through my pregnancy during covid and honestly, I’m not sure how I would have coped without them. Katie was amazing at holding space for everyone involved. It helped me to work through some big feelings as a pregnant mama, feel safe and held, and build a support network, as well as offering some really practical help and advice for after bub was born. Baby wearing has changed my world and I was so unsure before she lent a hand! I’m certain it would have been a different experience without her and will always be grateful to Katie for her help and support.

Katie is exceptional. She went above and beyond her health professional role to provide postnatal care during COVID19. When the council had put New Mother's groups in the too hard basket Katie was there to help us. She adapted her model of care to provide New Mums with connection, guidance, (and lasagna). I will be eternally grateful to Katie and highly recommend her.

I recently met Katie for pregnancy counselling and the session was invaluable. I have worked with Katie in other spaces and circles before, so I was aware of her positive energy and counselling skills, however in this 1-1 I was really able to see them shine. She is incredibly knowledgeable in the birth and pregnancy space, but during our session I felt like I was completely in control of how much information was offered. Katie was very considerate to where I was at in my pregnancy journey, asking thoughtful and sensitive questions, but mostly listening empathically. I left the session feeling energised and equipped. I would highly recommend working with Katie, she is amazing!

I feel so grateful to have found Katie. I’ve felt heard, acknowledged and supported. I’ve learnt why I’m being triggered and found so much healing within this space. Making the transition to motherhood was far more challenging than I’d anticipated.
