I am passionate about resourcing parents with information and education and offering evidence-based tools to help support their child’s development. However, something that is so often missed after this education stage is support with the implementation of what you’ve learnt about supporting your child. I help you with both the education and the implementation.
During our parenting support sessions together (either individually or with both parents) I can provide you with the guidance and support you need to feel confident as a parent and/or parenting team, and nurture healthy, connected relationships with your child.
You will learn how to elicit more cooperation from your child and feel empowered to navigate their big feelings. I understand the importance of supporting your child through their emotions, but I also know how hard it is to put this knowledge into practice.
Many of my clients face the challenge of knowing what they think they ‘should’ do, and then being able to actually follow through in supporting their child in the way they desire to. I’ll share with you not only why it is important to support a child’s emotional and psychological wellbeing and development, but HOW to do so. I’ll support you to bridge this gap between knowledge and action.
Parenting is a journey filled with ups and downs, and I’m here to provide you with the support and guidance you need along the way. Together, we’ll navigate the challenges, celebrate the joys, and create a nurturing and loving environment where your child can thrive.
Here are some things I can support you with in our sessions together:

I respectfully acknowledge the Gunaikurnai People who are the traditional owners of the land on which I live and work. I recognise their continued connection to Country and Community. I pay my respects to Elders past and present. I extend that same respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. It always was, is and will be Aboriginal land.
