Beyond Mum Guilt:
Embracing Dual Roles as Mother and Business Owner
Time: TBA
Date: TBA
In our upcoming workshop, Beyond ‘Mum Guilt’: Embracing Dual Roles as Mother and Business Owner with Dr Sophie Brock, we’ll explore how our experiences of feeling guilty, overwhelmed, and immersed within the juggle of trying to ‘do it all’ goes beyond us and our individual experiences.
You’ll learn how and why you’ve been set up to experience this feeling of being pulled in multiple directions as a mother and business owner, and what you can start to do about it so that you feel supported to thrive in your mothering and business. You’ll learn about the Care/Career Conundrum, how self sacrifice shows up in mothering and business, and the perhaps surprising function of ‘Mum guilt’. Come away from this workshop with a renewed way of seeing yourself as a mother and business owner, as you learn how your role as a mother can enrich and nurture our business, and how your business can enrich and support your mothering.
Join us in reshaping your narrative and finding your power as you explore and integrate your roles as ‘mother’ and ‘business owner’ in this workshop.
